I am a very bad updater. :) Sorry guys! But, this should be a good entry. That means.....*drum roll*......my brother found my usb chord! Pickety pics!

Here are a few things I made in my first pottery class waaaaay back when. I haven't made anything yet this session.

A pic of 11 Mile Canyon and the river that feeds Lake George. I can't remember what it's called. :) lol I took this from the moving van, yes the 12 passenger one that barely squished into the canyon. Scary!

Cool shot from the deck of work.

Some pretty roses on our porch.

Another moving van shot, this time of the Sand Dunes where we went for a mini vacation back in May.

Me petting a pig at the zoo. LOL

This is Lila, my new kitty. :) She's a model.

Now, the horse on the left is Dixie, and yes, she's mine. :) She is almost two, a registered Tenessee Walker, and the sweetest thing out there! Through a series of horse-swapping, she was given to me by Susan (who owns IHCYR) three (I think) weeks ago. I've only hopped on her bareback cause she is still too young to really ride, but I'm very excited to get started with her, maybe in September (crosses fingers). Oh yeah, the other horse is Cimmy, another baby at the ranch.
So life is good. I got back from the first of my two mission trips on Friday, coming home from Fairplay. I was there with, get this, five other guys! The other girls who were going cancled like two days before the trip, so I just went! And it turned out they were all very nice, we had looooong talks late into the night, played cards way too much, and served Fairplay as a good team. It was fun!
I'm giving lessons out at the ranch, feeding two nights a week, working my wonderful job still, (N is 16 months old now!) enjoying the short summer until SAT and ACT prep starts, and then come college applications and tours. We also might be taking a vacation in September to San Diego! My gosh I love California.
Anyways, I am off to comment peoples!
PS- They only had one little, sad, fat, lonely zebra at the zoo. That is sad people. |
